Geraldine B. Carroll BA COO and Office Manager

Bean has been actively managing a family office after an initial career in loan operations. She has held leadership postions in the banking industry. She completed her BA at Johns Hopkins University. She acquired further education in Accounting through Northwestern University in Evanston, Illinois. She has been actively involved in management as part of her non- profit work for The Chicago Botanic Garden as a member of the Woman's Board. She remains active with the board of the Center for Plant Conservation where she has worked as the treasurer and is presently an advisor on that board and will be Secretary in 2020.

She has been actively involved in the process development of our practice for Patient and Financial Intake. She has also been part of the team to build the Electronic Health Record. She will manage the day to day processes of this firm.

She has had prior experience in the design and technical buildout of the Northwestern Orthopedic Institiute in Chicago, Illinois. She coordinated the technology buildout and implementation. She and a colleague were involved in the buildout of the space for this 15 person private Orthopedic Surgery Practice. She functioned as the Process Manager over a number of months at the inception of that practice. Her skills allowed for a smooth design and opening of that practice and was instrumental in the operations management of radiology, physician operations and the management of their teams with the larger group and management team.

She looks forward to her new role in assisting our patients through this journey in their health care.
